BoldStats provides analytics and statistical tools for users on a subscription basis. The Service includes a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

3. Free Trial

• New users may start with a 7-day free trial.
• At the end of the trial period, you will be required to choose a subscription plan to continue using the Service.
• You can cancel your free trial at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• The Service offers various subscription plans. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are available on our website.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

5. No Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable, including fees paid for subscription periods that are partially used.
• Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• After cancellation, you will lose access to all features and data associated with the Service at the end of the billing cycle.
